FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You should RSVP as soon as possible; however, the final date to RSVP is March 6, 2024.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the event, we recommend a cocktail attire dress code. This means dressing stylishly and semi-formally. For men, this typically involves a suit or dress shirt with dress pants, while women often opt for a chic cocktail dress or a dressy blouse paired with a skirt or tailored pants. It's an opportunity to showcase your fashionable side without the formality of black tie. We look forward to celebrating in style with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation doesn't explicitly include a plus one, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate an additional guest due to limited capacity.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While children are welcome at the wedding reception, please be aware that alcohol will be served, and the event may not be suitable for young children. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll be able to plan accordingly.

Question

Reception Invite Only

Answer

We've chosen to host a reception-only celebration. Tim and Hailey will exchange vows in an intimate, private (no guest) ceremony before the main event. While we understand our family and friends would like to be there for that moment, we are keeping it private for numerous reasons. We appreciate family and friends supporting us by coming to the reception.

Question

Why is Alcohol Limited?

Answer

In consideration of safety and the importance of responsible alcohol consumption, we kindly request that each guest limit themselves to a maximum of three drinks per person during our celebration. If you have a designated driver and wish to discuss adjustments to this limit, please feel free to speak with us, as we are open to accommodating special circumstances. Your well-being is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

Under 21 years old?

Answer

If you are under the age of 21, we will have wristbands that will be required for the duration of the reception. These guests will have various drink options including mocktails (Think: Shirley temples)!

Question

Registry Information

Answer

To make the gift-giving process as easy as possible, we've curated a registry on this site where you can find a selection of items that would bring joy to our new home. For your convenience, all gifts will be shipped directly to our home. However, if you prefer to present the gift in person, there is an option to have it shipped to you. Our goal is to minimize the logistics on the big day and ensure that we can enjoy every moment with our loved ones. We are incredibly grateful for any contributions and understand that your presence is the greatest gift of all. In lieu of traditional gifts, we've included group gifts that are cash funds where you can contribute as you wish. As we embark on this new chapter, there are few things we need, so if it's not on our registry, chances are we already have it. Your presence at our wedding is the most important gift, and we want you to know that your well-wishes mean the world to us. Please do not feel obligated to contribute, but if you choose to, know that we appreciate your kindness and generosity.
