How do I RSVP?

We are having guests RSVP via this wedding site. Navigate to the RSVP tab at the top, where you can respond to some questions and let us know if we'll be seeing you!

When should I RSVP by?

We would love to be able to finalize our numbers by May! Please let us know by at least the end of May if you'll be in attendance.

The more the merrier right? Just let us know if you're bringing a plus one when you RSVP by the end of May.

Accommodations?

We’re excited to invite you to share in the joy of our big day! We recommend you secure your accommodations early. Booking well in advance ensures you’ll secure the perfect place to stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the festivities as you share in our joy and create wonderful memories. Thankfully, there are ample hotels and Airbnbs in Redding and the surrounding areas.

Parking?

Answer

Thankfully our venue has ample parking, so you don't have to worry about where to leave your car while we celebrate. We won't be shuttling anywhere, so please keep that in mind and enjoy the reception responsibly.

What's the venue and how do I get there?

Answer

Our venue is TBS Ranch, the address is: 8310 Maynard Road Palo Cedro, CA 96073. Google or Apple maps should get you right where you need to be. Part of why we chose this venue is the easy transition it provides between indoors and outdoors. There are guest-accessible bathrooms onsite, as well as plenty of cool areas to hangout, dance, talk, and party!

Can I take my own photos?

Answer

During the ceremony: no, please. After, sure! We have a wonderful wedding photographer who will provide comprehensive coverage of the ceremony. We're asking that phones be put away and silenced for the duration of the ceremony, but feel free to take them out after we've said "I do."

Itinerary?

The *rough* idea is to start seating guests at 4pm, the cocktail hour will be at approximately 5pm (lawn games, snacks, and drinks will be available), the reception dinner will be at 6pm, and we'll be getting rowdy around 7pm and wrapping it up at 10pm.

Attire?

It's semi-formal with a touch of grunge, cause let's not be too serious. Trevor explicitly stated, “No ‘cowboy’ attire.” We're going for fall colors, and according to Hailey, "As long as I don't see jeans, t-shirts, or polos, I'll be fine." It will be mid-October in Redding, so it shouldn't be freezing but it may not be full sun. According to a quick internet search, average temperatures are 77°F - 49°F; it will cool off in the evening--so jackets are recommended!

We're planning on having a cocktail hour with snacks. The main course will be barbecued chicken & tri tip with sides, and some bride & groom favorites for dessert.

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families.
