Talb and Hailey matched on Bumble in April 2020. If you don't know Bumble, it is a dating app where the girl has to reach out first. If you know Hailey, that sounds daunting in real life, but was easier on the phone. Hailey remembers swiping because his first picture was holding Finn and how could you not love that face... Finn's face! Talb remembers swiping because how could you not love that face... Hailey's face!! Their first date was a week later making dinner at Talb's apartment because everything was shut down due to Covid. After their first date, they hung out all the time at Talb's house (what else was there to do?) where Finn became Hailey's new best friend and the 3 of them clicked instantly. They added 2 kittens into the picture the next month and made it official on May 25, 2020. Talb and Hailey loved going to Busch Gardens and Universal together as often as they could with their annual passes. They share a love for roller coasters, animals, and anything nerdy so Universal truly became their happy place together. They moved to Charlotte in June of 2022 to start a new chapter together and grow as a couple. Now they have 5 animal babies to take care of - Finn, Ash, Eevee, Petey, and Ozzie. They love exploring Charlotte and what it has to offer. Hailey has finally seen snow fall and has enjoyed having actually seasons. Talb loves the golf, the weather, and the endless things to do. They've been in Charlotte for 3 years and still have much more exploring to do in the city and around North Carolina.
