Do you have a registry?

Answer

We will not be having a traditional registry. Your love, support, and presence at our destination wedding are more than enough, and we are incredibly thankful for everyone making the trip to celebrate with us.

What are the resort’s booking and cancellation policies?

Answer

To use our wedding group promo code, rooms must be booked by March 29, 2027 (60 days prior to the wedding). You must book at least a 3-night stay to use the code. A credit card is required to reserve your room; however, your card will not be charged until 30 days before check-in. Reservations may be canceled with no penalty as long as cancellation is made at least 24 hours before check-in.

Is airport transportation included?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary private round-trip airport transportation is included for guests staying 3 nights or longer when booking directly through The Excellence Collection website or reservations center. Transportation is provided between Cancun International Airport and the resort. Please note that all guests on the same reservation must arrive and depart together, and transportation must be scheduled in advance through the resort’s transfer company, Seasons Tours, at transfers@seasonstours.com

Question

Is this an adults-only resort?

Answer

The resort has both family-friendly and adults-only sections. Rooms beginning with “Excellence Club” are located on the adults-only side of the property.
