Flight
Gunnison is 45 minutes from Lake City and the closest airport. It is a small airport with limited flights, expect 1-2 flight changes. We recommend making the drive during daylight, a lot of mountain wildlife to keep an eye out for.

Montrose is a 2 hour drive from Lake City, but a bigger airport with more flight options. The drive should be incredibly beautiful with fall foliage in full force!
