Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

We are having a destination wedding ceremony on March 1st with our immediate family. The reception will take place June 14th in downtown Des Moines at the Iowa Tap Room and we hope to see you there!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to limited space we are requesting no children outside of our immediate family.

Is there a hotel nearby?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Embassy Suites downtown. Just mention the Meendering / DeJong wedding when booking or use the link in the travel section.

When Should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by May 24th 2025 so we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly.
