We kindly request no children attend the wedding as the TRS Coral Hotel is an adults-only resort.

How many nights can I book?

Answer

You must book a minimum of 3 nights and may book anytime between June 4, 2026, and June 8, 2026. If you would like to extend your stay to arrive earlier or depart later, contact our TRS Coral Hotel Travel Coordinator, Roberto Pina. Any extension will be subject to availability. When is payment due for the hotel room?

Answer

At the time of booking, $150.00 deposit is due. February 11, 2026: 50% of the total payment is due for each room booked. This is also the last day to book a guest suite in the room block. March 12, 2026: Final payment of the remaining balance is due. Additionally, you will need to send your flight information to the TRS Coral Travel Coordinator, Roberto Pina, by April 20, 2026, so transportation to and from the resort can be made. Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. If you currently possess a passport, please ensure that your passport will be valid for the duration of your visit. If you do not currently have a passport, we encourage you to begin the process of obtaining one at your earliest convenience. Per Travel.State.Gov, it typically takes 4-6 weeks to receive your new passport. This process can be expedited, however, for an additional $60 fee. Prices range from $30-$195. How will I get from the airport to the resort and vice versa?

Answer

The TRS Coral Hotel offers round-trip group transportation from the airport to the resort and back for your return home at an additional cost. Group transportation will only be shared with wedding guests arriving/leaving together (+/- 30 minutes). You may book this additional service when you book your hotel room. Additionally, you will need to send your flight information to the TRS Coral Travel Coordinator, Roberto Pina, by April 20, 2026, so transportation can be arranged. You will also contact Roberto if you decline transportation at the time of booking your room, but wish to book transportation later on.
