Our Story
Sometimes, the universe takes its time. We grew up in the same town, went to the same preschool, elementary school, and even high school…
always near each other, but never quite meeting. As if life was patiently waiting for just the right moment to bring us together.
In 2022, Hailey, (nervously!) sent Maddox a message online. That one small moment turned into endless conversations and phone calls. It all felt so easy, as if we had known each other for years.
Since then, life has been full of love, adventure, and countless shared moments. After 2.5 years of growing together, Maddox proposed under a waterfall at Kokiwanee Nature Preserve. It was simple, emotional, and perfect. A moment full of love, nature, and everything that matters most to us.
We chose to elope because we wanted something private and intimate, a day that felt like us. So we’re heading to Oregon this fall to exchange our vows off the coast, and celebrating the beginning of our forever in the mountains.
