No, you only RSVP to the reception.

What if we can make it to the ceremony, but not the reception?

Answer

If you’re unable to attend the reception, but you will be able to attend the ceremony we would be honored to have you there! No need to RSVP. Just let one of us know, so we can say thank you before we head over to the reception venue😊

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

There ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, so please arrive between 3:00-3:25 :)

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM and end around 4. We ask people to leave soon afterwards to drive to the reception venue for cocktail hour. The drive is approximately 30 minutes long, so cocktail hour officially starts at 4:30 PM. Snacks and drinks will be served while photos are being taken and everyone is mingling. Reception will begin at 5:30 PM and will go until 10:30 PM, where we will have a sparkler exit.

Yes! You will be able to watch it live on Youtube at Calvin OPC channel.

What is the dress code?

Semi formal/dressy casual is good. We don’t really have anything specific in mind otherwise :)

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There will be snacks and drinks outside at the reception venue for cocktail hour, as well as lawn games if you wish to go outside.

Yes, there are parking lots at both venues.

What are the food options?

Answer

The food options will be decided the week before the wedding due to food tasting availability. However, we can say that there will be three entrees (two meat, one pasta) and seven salads to choose from, as well as some sides. In short, there will be a few options.
