We met working together at Chick-fil-A. Eventually, we got to know each other in our work friend group. Yes, having a class together at LBC sped things up. Our first date was at Coffee Co. on a Friday, which began our dating relationship.

We went to Ocean City New Jersey for the day with friends. I figured we wouldn't take pictures on the beach, so I didn't bother to put makeup on. We walked on the boardwalk and my (Hailey's) best friend, Kelly, asked me to take pictures of her and her fiancé on the beach. I took pictures of them and talked to Kelly with my back to Josiah. He claimed he was on his knee for a whole two minutes--I don't think it was that long. Eventually, Kelly told me to turn around and I froze. I joyfully said, "yes" before Josiah could get a word out. Josiah asked, "Hailey Nicole Leaman, will you marry me?" I said yes again. We got some pictures on the beach and called close friends that night.
