Matron of Honor
Hailey and Autumn met while working at Camp Firwood. While Autumn and her husband Tyler were already close friends with Jonathan, they were some of the first to cheer on Jonathan and Hailey. By the end of the summer Autumn told Hailey, "I wish we would have met a few months earlier so you could have been at our wedding."
Best Man
Jonathan and Tyler first met up at the Firs Chalet at a young adults retreat. Their friendship has bonded over mountain biking, music, and Jesus. Tyler and his wife Autumn have spent months walking alongside and pouring into Hailey and Jonathan. Both Hailey and Jonathan are excited to walk through life with Tyler and Autumn.
Matron of Honor
Hailey and Emily first met when they were both in college and bonded when they sat next to each other during a 24 hr van ride down to Chula Vista, CA. From then on they have only gotten closer; Emily even came and lived in Colorado with Hailey for a summer and braved the many adventures that Hailey dragged her on from mountain biking to night cliff jumping to a chaotic birthday camping trip.
Groomsman
Jonathan and Caden met on the Lakeside Fireballs in early grade school. They attended Bellingham High, and have remained best friends through it all. Caden has always been there for Jonathan, and will always be. The amount of tears cried from laughing and crying are infinite.
Bridesmaid
Hailey and Jenna happened to get the same ride to Mosaic during their first year at SPU and slowly got to know each other from there. Years later, Jenna actually met Jonathan before Hailey and recommended her to work at Firwood — she claims that even then she wondered if something would happen between Hailey and Jonathan.
Groomsman
Jonathan and Carson have known each other since they were in grade school, where they played football together. Through high school they remained friends, but in 2023 Carson invited Jonathan to the River, and since then they have expanded their relationship in loving and serving the Lord as brothers in Christ.
Bridesmaid
Hailey and Macy became quick friends when Macy joined the Life Group that Hailey was leading through Mosaic in college. After graduating from SPU together, they both joined MTS and spent this past year pursuing Jesus and spent this past summer in South Asia.
Groomsman
Jonathan and Aaron met working together at Builders Alliance in 2023, and have both grown closer attending the My Church, the River, and spending time with Jesus on Mt. Baker skiing and snowboarding. Aaron's heart for the Lord has been influential for Jonathan the last few years.
Bridesmaid
Hailey and Mariah grew up together in Lake City. Their families did House Church together when they were young, but they didn't really start to be close friends until High School. From attending school dances to traveling across Italy, Hailey and Mariah have seen each other through it all — whether in the kitchen during a snowstorm, polar plunging in a ice hole in the river, or pushing each other to try new things.
Groomsman
Jonathan and Nick also met in early grade school through the Lakeside Fireballs. They also attended Bellingham High together. From Wenatchee football camps, to carpooling to Saturday morning film, Nick and Jonathan have countless memories and look forward to more in life.
Bridesmaid
Hailey and Sarah quickly became adventure buddies after meeting in college and would often plan escapes from the city together. Wether it be skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or searching out the best place for tea, their friendship has spurred on many memories. (Sarah's favorite story to tell has to do with the Dominican Republic and an epic run through the airport.)
Groomsman
Jonathan and Tevon also met early grade school on the Lakeside Fireballs, a youth soccer team in Geneva Neighborhood. They then went to high school together at Bellingham High, and have continued to be best friends through life. Tevon has been and will continue to be a blessing to Jonathan.
Flower Girls
Noa and Margo are the twin sisters of Judah, Hudson and Finny Davis. Andy and Alaina have played an important role in Jonathan's life, and their family's journey has been a blessing to be around. Jonathan and Hailey wanted to have the twins be the flower girls without a doubt and are ecstatic to have them tossing pedals on the big day!
Ring Bearer
Finny is the son of Andy and Alaina Davis, and one of three brothers to Noa and Margo. Andy and Alaina have been a crucial part of Jonathan's spiritual growth and their leadership at the River played an immense part in Jonathan's life the past 3 years. They will continue to be mentors towards Jonathan and Hailey in their marriage and life.
Officiant
Jon has had a heart of discipleship for Jonathan since early youth group days, and eventually started mentoring him and has been since 2018. If it were not for the Holy Spirit using Jon's sunglasses, Jonathan and Hailey wouldn't have met. Jon has been a huge blessing to Jonathan and Hailey both in their relationship and individually and has been steadfast in pointing them to Jesus. They were thrilled to ask him to officiate their big day!
