When and where is the wedding taking place?

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Beaufort Hotel in Beaufort, North Carolina on August 29th, 2026.

What time should I arrive?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception is indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code will be Semi Formal attire. It will most likely be hot so a light fabric is recommended.

Can I bring a guest (plus one)?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate all plus ones. If your significant other is invited their name will be explicitly stated on the invitation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to space and logistics, we are only able to accommodate children from our immediate families. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

We recommend flying into Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (EWN) and renting a car as this is only about a 47-50 min drive to Beaufort, NC. However, there are other airports further out like Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Wilmington International Airport.

What is the best way to get to Beaufort, NC?

Answer

You’re welcome to drive or fly — whichever works best for you! If you choose to fly, we recommend arriving at one of the nearby airports listed above. From there, renting a car will be the easiest way to get to Beaufort and around the area.

What is the best way to book travel?

Answer

From the research we’ve done, booking through a third-party travel website (such as Expedia) can be a great option. These sites allow you to compare flights and bundle round-trip airfare with a rental car!

Is there a hotel room block or discount code for guests?

Answer

Yes! A link for room bookings at The Beaufort Hotel will be posted in the next few months. These rooms will be first come first serve. (refer to our travel page for this link)

Do you have hotel recommendations nearby?

Answer

There are a few other hotels within the city of Beaufort as well as Airbnb and VRBO options. There are also hotels in Morehead City which is about a 10 min drive from Beaufort. (refer to our travel page)

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Crate and Barrel and Target. We are also accepting cash gifts towards our honeymoon fund. Check out our registry page!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — please turn off your phones and refrain from taking photos. We can’t wait to share the beautiful professional photos with you afterward!
