We truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and the only reason we found ourselves working together through the start and duration of the COVID era was to find each other. We like to think that we had our own "Love is Blind" story, as we spoke on the phone for work almost every day, multiple times a day. We didn't know much about each other at first, but we knew we enjoyed each other's virtual company and found that our fondness of each other was growing daily. Eventually we met in person and found that we really were compatible and decided to give it a go. Our relationship grew from there, overcoming boundaries that extinguish many potential relationships, such as distance. Chris was still primarily living in Missouri and commuting for work in Florida every few weeks. Somehow, we were able to keep the relationship alive and flourishing, despite those hurdles and it soon blossomed into something special. Now, as we look ahead, we're grateful for the adventures we've shared, from binge-watching "The Bachelor" every Monday night to exploring new places with our two fur babies, Sawyer and Casper. Our story reminds us that love knows no bounds and that sometimes the most unexpected circumstances lead us to exactly where we're meant to be.
