What to know about the Ferry!

Answer

The ferry has a website online regarding times for trips to and from the Island. Tickets can be purchased once you get to Northport Ferry Terminal in the ticket booth. Please arrive earlier than you think to make sure you can make the ferry you are wanting to catch. There are no rental vehicles on the island so we recommend taking your car across the ferry to the Island. Carpooling is also an option! Ferry Website: https://wisferry.com/washington-island/

Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held under a tent. So please dress appropriately for the outdoors and possible weather.

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

Since the ceremony starts at 2:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 2pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Parking at the Ceremony

Answer

We highly recommend carpooling to the ceremony due to limited parking. Parking should be alongside the street, signs will be posted.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We need RSVPs no later than August 1st. Please RSVP by then so we can get an accurate number of people attending.

Open Bar or Cash Bar?

Answer

We are having an open bar. There will be beer, wine, selected spirits and specialty drinks available.

How do we get home after we have been drinking without uber or Lyft?

Answer

Since the island does not have uber or Lyft, safe rides will be provided! We highly suggest you utilize these safe rides, they are a free and safe way to make it home. Tipping your driver is highly recommended as well :)
