Cocktail Hour inside (El Cielo room at Drift, 3rd floor) from 5-6pm with drinks + light bites. ------- Dinner, drinks + dancing to follow back on the Desert Lawn. ------- Dinner will be served family style. First course: Papaya salad Mains: Pollo Tephehuano (shredded chicken in Mexican red chile sauce [mild spice level]) + Arrachera (Mexican skirt steak with salsa verde), side of rice + beans. Dessert: Churros
