When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by May 31st, 2026. Early responses are greatly appreciated to assist with meal planning and final arrangements. If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us promptly, as meals are confirmed and paid for in advance.

How long is the drive from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

The drive from the Canmore church to Crestmont Hall in Calgary is approximately 60–70 minutes, depending on traffic.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. However, if you’d like to celebrate with a little extra love, e-transfers are are completely optional and deeply appreciated. You can e-transfer directly to: dhrosca2026@gmail.com

Where should we go after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony at 2:00 p.m., there will be a short break before cocktail hour begins at 4pm - dinner at 6pm. Reception guests are welcome to travel at their own pace, enjoy the scenery, or relax before joining us. Our reception venue is small, so we will be celebrating with a limited number of invitation only guests and look forward to gathering with many of our family and friends at a later date.

Will transportation be provided between venues?

If you feel you’re unable to drive to Canmore, please reach out to us. We’re happy to see if others may be able to help accommodate transportation.

Is parking available at the venues?

Answer

Yes! Both venues offer ample parking.

Question

Can I leave my vehicle at the reception venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, for guest safety, vehicles may be left overnight. Since other events may take place the following day, Crestmont Hall kindly asks that vehicles be picked up within a reasonable time.

Can we arrive at the reception early?

Answer

We love the enthusiasm! The reception officially begins at 4:00 pm. The venue will be busy preparing earlier in the afternoon, we appreciate your timing. However, arriving slightly earlier is acceptable.

When will the wedding party arrive at the reception?

Answer

Between 5:00 - 5:30 pm. They’ll be busy taking beautiful mountain photos before heading back to Calgary.

What is the dress code?

Answer

To keep our couple shining bright, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or tuxedos. Please come dressed formal or semi-formal and ready to celebrate (and dance).

Will food be served during cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes. Hor d'oeuvres will be served from 4:15 to 5:30pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. The drinks are on us! The hangover is on you. Cheers!

Will there be assigned seating at the reception?

Yes.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes, of course. Please note any dietary restrictions when completing your RSVP or contact us directly as soon as possible.

Can we share photos from the day?

Answer

Yes, please! We’d love to see the day through your eyes. Feel free to share your photos - and please send copies our way, we’ll treasure them. A QR code will be avialble at the reception for photo sharing.

Can I bring a plus one?

Seating is limited as this is a smaller venue. Please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this celebration is adults-only. Think of it as a night for grown-up dancing and fun - no bedtime required.
