ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event with the exception of close family and those that are traveling out of state. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

AM I INVITED TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
While we wish everyone could be at the ceremony, we have decided to keep our ceremony a little more intimate. When you RSVP, it will note whether you are invited to both or only the reception. For those that are invited to both, the ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. If you are only invited to the reception, cocktail hour will start at 4:15 PM.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than Monday, June 30th. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate our special day with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and are unable to accept late RSVP's.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Cole or Hailey as soon as you are aware.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
Answer
Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony". Once the ceremony begins, we ask that cameras and phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes, the venue has a lot of space for parking. If you do not feel like driving, there will be shuttles available for that day (please see the travel page for more information). If you drive to the venue, but would like to utilize the shuttle on the way back, you are able to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight.
