When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! To help us finalize all the plans, please be sure to RSVP ASAP so we can save you a seat at the party. We do not have a specific due date set yet, but will have one in the near future!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at St. Gregory Barbarigo Parish (333 S Davis St, Maryville, MO 64468). Afterward, we’ll continue the celebration with our reception at the Northwest Missouri State University Agricultural Learning Center (22893 US-71, Maryville, MO 64468).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everyone is seated and comfortable before the ceremony begins, please plan to arrive by 1:00 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and/or reception venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided from the hotels to the ceremony/reception venue, so we kindly ask guests to make their own arrangements.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable and have fun, so there’s no formal dress code for our big day. Feel free to dress in a way that suits you — we just ask that guests avoid athletic attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those guests whose invitations include a plus-one bring a date. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we’re only able to accommodate children who are listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely — we want everyone to enjoy the meal! If you have a food allergy or special request, just let us know when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that this request will be taken into consideration by the caterer. The final decision on any accommodations is left to the caterer.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Following the ceremony, we’ll head to the reception venue for a cocktail hour beginning at 4:00 PM. If you find yourself with a little extra time before heading that way, there are several local spots in Maryville you’re welcome to stop by, including The Pub, Burny’s, Shooters, Clear Creek, and The Legion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
