RSVP by February 10th, 2027. Once this date passes, we will begin finalizing our seating chart and other accommodations. If you did not RSVP by this date, there will not be enough room or supplies for you to attend.
The dress code is semi-formal, although we ask that you coordinate your attire around possible weather conditions. It may be at a racetrack but it is still elegant. Also wear comfortable shoes as there is some walking and especially if you plan to use the track.

We love your kids, and our little family members, but this event is adult only and is a time for the adults to have a night out. The venue also have limited space for us to be able to accommodate everyone's children. The age range is 10 and up.
We will have a few food trucks to chose from. We will be making sure that our food options do accommodate nut and gluten allergies. If you have any other questions or requests, make sure to discuss that with the Bride and Groom before the RSVP date.
Gates open at 1:00 pm and ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 pm. Arrive no later than 1:45 pm to be seated for the event.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate hotels or transportation for our guests on a large scale. The ceremony and reception are the same location and there is ample parking for everyone.
We encourage you to bring you projects and show cars. If you would like to have your car in the show car section, contact the Bride and Groom to be added to the list so you know where to park for the day of. You might want to arrive earlier (went the gates open at 1) to set up your vehicle :)
