What is the attire?

This event is summer formal! Suits and colorful dresses.

Is there a parking lot at the venue?

Answer

There is not parking at the venue for all guests. There will be a trolley running from the hotel block to the venue. If you are not staying at the hotel block, we recommend parking in a lot downtown or ubering to the venue! Uber is a great option if you decide to enjoy the open bar :) Whatever you do choose, give yourself plenty of time as Newport can be very busy during the summer!

What time should we get there?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30. We recommend getting there before 4:15 to give everyone time to get seated.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP under the RSVP tab on this website. Once formal invitations go out, you will then be able to RSVP for the wedding, select meal choices as well as RSVP for the welcome party. Please be sure to RSVP by May 1st as we need to let the venue know by then :)

How do I get to the Bohlin?

Answer

When you get to commercial wharf, head straight down towards the water and the tent entrance will be on your right. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside, around the back of the tent (someone will be there to guide you)!
