Hotel
We have blocked 30 rooms for Friday, June 23rd and 50 rooms for Saturday, June 24th. Our pricing is 139-159 USD depending on room size. Room selection is a first come first serve. Room booking is under " Smith/Ralli Wedding" Room booking is due MAY 27, 2023!
House Or Rental
We have rented out all cabins to be used for our bridal party and immediate family members. If you received a cabin card in your invitation, your payment of $347 can be made to Hailey by May 20th. If you did not receive a cabin card and would like to stay at the venue site instead of the hotel, there are RV and tent sites available. Please contact Lakewood Park Campground for more information.
Shuttle
June 24, 2023 2:30 pm - 11:15 pm
We are providing two shuttle runs to the venue and two shuttle runs back to the hotel. Each shuttle seats 55 passengers. If you are staying Friday night or are arriving early Saturday, please take the first shuttle to the venue in order to ensure we have enough seating for everyone being transported. Please tip your driver Transportation to venue: 2:30 & 3:30 Transportation from venue to hotel: 10:15 & 11:00
