Question

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests RSVP by September 15th, 2024 by sending the RSVP card included in your formal invitation to the address included. This allows us to get final headcounts for our vendors in a timely manner. Unfortunately, for guests who do not send RSVPs back before the deadline, will be marked as "unable to attend." Therefore, you will not have a seat or meal reserved at the wedding. We hope you all can make it, but if not, we understand. We will miss you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love for everyone to dress up with us! We request that guests stick to a Cocktail/Semi-formal dress code. For gentlemen, this may include a jacket and tie, or a nice formal shirt. For the ladies, this may include a formal floor length or midi length dress. Ladies, please avoid wearing colors reserved for the Bride such as ivory, white, or cream tones. Our bridal party will be wearing burgundy and navy blue.

Will there be an open bar/smoking areas?

Answer

There will NOT be any alcohol served. Any guest who attempts to bring alcohol from outside the venue will be asked to leave per the Venue's policy. Also, there will be no smoking allowed on the property. It is a heavily wooded area and again, per the Venue's policy, smoking must be monitored by staff members. We have chose to go the safest route and ask guests to just refrain from doing so! Thank you for understanding!

Where should I park?

Answer

As you enter the parking lot to the venue, there will be parking attendants there to guide you. Additionally, for any guests who may need it, there will be a shuttle to and from the ceremony site!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we simply cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Therefore, if you received a plus one, that person will be named on your invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Again, due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate for children from immediate family only. If your child/children are invited, their names will specifically be included on your wedding invitation or the words "...and family" will be included. We encourage parents to use this evening as a date night opportunity!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will promptly begin at 3:30pm. We ask guests to arrive at the venue anywhere between 2:45-3:00 o'clock to allow sufficient time to grab a seat!
