Can I stay at another resort nearby?

Answer

We kindly request that all wedding guests stay on our resort property. Our venue has specific guidelines that do not permit outside guests at our event. By staying with us, you'll be able to fully immerse yourself in our wedding celebration and enjoy every moment of our special weekend together!

What date does my room have to be paid by?

Answer

Your room must be paid in full by June 2nd if you did not purchase the travel insurance. If you added on the insurance, you have until July 28th to pay in full. For any additional questions related to payment, please direct them to our Destinations Wedding advisor. Her contact information is on the booking link.

Are children allowed?

Answer

No children, please. Our wedding and resort are adults-only (18+).

What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

Beach Formal is our dress code, which means elegant yet comfortable attire perfect for a coastal celebration. For gentlemen, light-colored suits, linen trousers, and crisp button-downs will set the right tone. Ladies, we invite you to wear long, flowing dresses or sophisticated gowns that capture the breezy, refined spirit of our venue. While our event is steps from the ocean, all festivities will take place on solid ground, so feel free to dress to impress! We kindly request that guests avoid flip flops, casual shorts, and white attire to maintain the event's elegant atmosphere.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We've chosen to forgo a traditional registry. The greatest gift you can give us is your presence as we celebrate this special moment and embark on our new journey together.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors, weather permitting. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be hosted at the Cenotes on property, where we will then move over to the Pool Terrace for the reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please make sure you let us know in advance so we can discuss this with the hotel culinary staff.
