5:00 - 5:30 pm guest arrival 5:30 - 6:30 pm cocktail hour 6:30 - 7:00 pm wedding ceremony 7:00 - 7:30 pm photography and dinner setup 7:30 - 9:30 pm dinner reception and fun games
