Days are mild, but once the sun goes down it gets chilly in the desert. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable.

Yes, there is free parking available on-site if you prefer to drive.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Yes! Shuttle Schedule: Happy Valley Park and Ride - 24725 N 29th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85085 Shuttle 1 - Leaves: 2:00 PM Shuttle 2 - Leaves : 2:15 PM Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Mesa 10243 East Hampton Avenue Mesa AZ 85209 Shuttle Leaves: 3:00 PM Return shuttles will leave The Paseo at 10:00 PM.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, shuttles, and finding your seat.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will move indoors. Dress accordingly for the evening temps!
