FAQs

Here is a list of questions that some may have. If you have any additional questions or concerns you can reach out to us at haglundnm@gmail.com
Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my kiddos?

Answer

Those with family listed on their invite are more than welcome to bring their kids; and our buffet meal option is kid friendly for the picky eaters. Just be mindful that there will be special moments, adult activities, inappropriate music, and drinking that will be present so make those decisions accordingly.

Question

Is the timeline set in stone?

Answer

Nope! The timeline is a general guide for everyone. The day’s planned with love, but not too strictly, times might shift as we celebrate!

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4, please arrive no later than 3:45pm or you will miss out on our ceremony.

Question

What does the parking situation look like?

Answer

The ceremony parking is an open lot, there are numerous spots so parking shouldn't be an issue. For the dinner and reception the main parking is located at the back of the building, however be mindful that there are a limited number of spots. So, carpool if able. In addition, we want safe travel for everyone so if you are unable to drive due to partying accordingly ;) call an Uber as there is overnight parking!

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have dietary restrictions please list exact restrictions on your RSVP. We will ensure you have a meal option that best suits your needs!

Question

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate all night... but the reception will end at 12:00am.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you stay present during the ceremony and tuck your phones away. However, after the ceremony we encourage pictures and videos. In fact, we will have a QR code available that you can send all of them to, for us to relive the night through your eyes!

Question

What drink options will be available?

Answer

There will be a staffed cash bar during the dinner and reception. Some drink options include: beer, seltzers, mixed drinks, shots, pop, juice, and water. Please do NOT bring your own alcohol as that is against the venue contract.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are NOT allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
