We met at Saint Vincent College where we both attended college. We were set up by a mutual friend and met for first time at the annual Founder’s Day celebration before Thanksgiving under the fireworks. We had a great college experience together on the beautiful campus with the best of friends! After graduation, Alex Haggerty went on to pursue a career in business and Alex Brydon in nursing both in the Pittsburgh area. We spent three years exploring our city creating great memories in Shadyside exploring Walnut Street or hitting our favorite brunch spot in Regent Square. Most of all, we loved being sureounded by our friends and family native to PA. In 2018, we moved to Nashville, TN after Alex Haggerty was offered an opportunity to grow her career within her company. We spent the last two years here exploring our new southern city enjoying the new culture, our first home that we purchased together, and our dog Lulu and cat Mose. We got engaged in December of 2019 after celebrating our Christmas tradition of dinner and live music at the historic Downtown Franklin, ending the night a walk around the city‘s Christmas tree where Alex Brydon popped the question! We are so excited to celebrate our love with a small ceremony in Nashville in April of 2021! We cant wait to see you there!
