The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 pm at St. Patrick's Church in downtown St. Charles. Doors and seating will begin at 11:45 am. There is plenty of street parking in the area, as well as a lot behind the church. Please plan to arrive in the church to find your seat no later than 11:55 am.
There will be busing provided from each hotel in St. Charles, which is about a half hour away from the reception venue. Please make sure if you plan to take a bus you are on time for pick up. A bus will depart from downtown St. Charles (at the corner of Illinois Street and First Street, in front of Moto Imoto) at 3:30 pm. A second bus will depart from Courtyard Marriott at 3:30 pm and pick up in downtown St. Charles, as well, at 3:45 pm (at the corner of Illinois Street and First Street, in front of Moto Imoto). Buses will depart from the reception venue at 9:00pm and 9:30 pm to drop back off in both pick up locations.
Cocktail Attire, Semi-Formal, or Dressy Casual. Examples: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, button down shirt with tie and dress pants. Please no jeans.
Due to COVID, a lot of weddings were postponed. Another couple already had St. Patrick’s booked the later ceremony. Our reception will begin with a cocktail hour at 4:00 pm. Since we have a longer gap between our ceremony and reception, please see our “Things to do” page for places to visit in between!
We ask that you please keep all cell phones and cameras turned off during the ceremony. We would like to see your smiling faces and for our guests to see us without the distraction of their devices. We have hired a wonderful photo team to capture all these moments for us and we promise to share them with you! During the reception, you may take all the photos you'd like, as long as you do not get in the way of our photo team during moments such as the first dance, cake cutting, etc. Please remember to share your photos using the hashtag #ToTheMoonAndBatka so we can find all of your photos after the wedding!
Please make sure to RSVP before April 28th.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, please bring a date! Please do not bring a plus one unless it is clearly designated on your invitation. Our venue has a capacity limit, and we are limited to the number of guests we have planned for and invited 😊

If your invitation was addressed to “The ___ Family,” then yes! If your invitation was just addressed to you and your partner, we want our wedding celebration to be a fun night off for you.
