Ismail and Hafsa's local masjid - one of the largest masajid in the state of Maryland. Founded in 1969 by Johns Hopkins University students and residents of Baltimore City. Alhumdillah, ISB is a beacon of worship for thousands of folks in the greater Baltimore community.
This is a cute little town right by our home that has cafes, small shops, and gives off "Star's Hollow" from Gilmore Girls kind of vibes.
This masjid is designed and owned by the turkish government. It is beautifully designed and has a host of amenities such as a cafe, gym, and indoor pool.
This mall is very close to DC. It has many nice Muslim coffee shops, halal places to eat, and Hafsa's favorite desi restaurant, Cha Tea House, which is very cute inside. Hafsa's family typically orders food from here and then goes to a nearby plane-watching park that has airplanes land right over you!
This park is located across the water and next to the runway at the Reagan National Airport. The airplanes land right over you! This park has access to ice cream trucks for the kids, a soccer goalpost, a pretty view of the Washington Monument, the capital building, and the famous landmarks in DC. This place is best for picnics and is an Ansari family favorite!
