FAQs

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Alyssa at 704-838-9994.
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We believe most will make a weekend out of their time in Dallas, and we welcome you on Friday through Sunday. Since the wedding will go into Saturday evening, we recommend flying home out of Dallas-Fort Worth or Dallas Love Field Sunday afternoon or later. Returning flights on Monday, October 18th would also work well.

Question

What's the Attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire is recommended. Dallas in October is warm, averaging upper 70's during the day, and upper 50's in the evening. While our event is indoors, it's always safe to bring a jacket or sweater in case it is colder than usual. The venue has concrete floors, so make sure to wear shoes that are comfortable enough to dance in. Those who remember their cowboy hats and boots will get a big high-five!

Question

Will we see Taylor and Alyssa before the wedding?

Answer

We're flying in a couple days before the wedding, and will most likely be working on wedding details up until the wedding. While we would love to see everyone and catch up prior to the wedding, we know that won't be possible. However, we're looking forward to celebrating and catching up at the reception!

Question

Where in Dallas is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be held in Frisco, which is about 45 minutes north of the city of Dallas.

Question

Is this event COVID-safe?

Answer

With the ever-changing COVID regulations, especially in Texas, we are working hard to make sure our loved-ones stay safe. Since we have family members and friends with compromised immune systems, we MAY ask you to wear a mask even if you have been vaccinated. We will update this answer with more information as we get closer to the wedding.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

This is an adults-only event, so we ask that you please keep your little ones at home. Thank you for understanding!
