When should I RSVP by?

There is no deadline! We just ask that you let us know if you have booked a room.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome! Finest Playa Mujeres is a family-friendly resort. There are some areas of the resort that are for adults only (18 and older). The pricing for children: - Kids 13 years and older will be considered an adult for room charge purposes. - Child rates are for kids 4-12 years old. The discount applies when sharing a room with two adults. - Two infants (0-3 years) are allowed per room with two adults for no extra charge. Additional infants will be counted under child rates.

Is there transportation to and from the resort?

Answer

Yes! If you book on the Finest Playa Mujeres website and stay for at least three nights, then you will receive free private transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport. You may also book transportation for $100 with the same service the resort uses.

How many nights do I need to stay?

Answer

There is no minimum stay requirement to attend the wedding, though we hope you’ll stay and enjoy a vacation with us if you’re able.

Will there be other events during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! We are planning additional group events and gatherings. A full schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Upon booking, you will be able to fill out all of your food allergies and sensitivities. The resort does a great job of asking if you have any food allergies at every restaurant. The resort will have access to your allergy list as it is tied to your room number.

How do i navigate the resort?

Answer

There is an app, "The Excellence Collection," that includes a resort map, the dining hours, restaurant menus, activity schedules, and more. We recommend you download the app prior to arriving so you can get a feel for the resort and see what kinds of activities are available.

What's the weather like in Cancun in December?

Answer

Low 80s during the day and upper 60s, low 70s in the evening. Most people will not need a light jacket in the cooler parts of the day. Wearing pants or long dresses is very comfortable, even in the middle of the day.
