We met on a Thursday two days before John Fred's 30th birthday. Later that night we were kicking field goals in the rain at the local middle school, while enjoying beers. John Fred's birthday party was the next day. Anna agreed to attend as his date. People were curious who this new special guest was. Fun times were had and the following day we took a spontaneous trip to the Oregon Coast. We've been inseparable ever since. It was clear we had something special!

Since 30th birthdays seem to be lucky for us, John Fred decided to make Anna's a special event. People traveled from all over to Boise Idaho to watch Anna's favorite musician Easton Corbin. She was shocked about all the people that showed up to spend the day with her. Little did she know John Fred had one more surprise in store. During the song "Lovin' You is Fun" John Fred dropped to one knee. Full of emotion he couldn't produce the words to ask the question. Fortunately words weren't needed, with the placement of the ring and a hug it was official!
