Our Story
Hadley and Cole met during their junior year of high school in pre-calculus class. Around that same time, Hadley was a yearbook photographer, and while shooting football games, her camera often gravitated toward the quarterback, who just happened to be Cole.
They were advised not to date before heading off to college, so they stayed friends and focused on school and sports. Three months before graduation, on February 11, 2022, Cole decided to go against the advice and asked Hadley to be his girlfriend.
Soon after, they began a long-distance relationship, with Hadley in College Station and Cole playing football at Texas Wesleyan in Fort Worth. Over the next four years, they made countless 2.5-hour drives for football games and weekends together, sometimes even meeting halfway in Waco for the day.
On December 27, 2025, Cole proposed, and Hadley said yes! They are thankful for the Lord’s faithfulness and for all of you who have cheered them on along the way.
