Do I need to book my stay at Watervale?

Answer

No. There is no need to call to coordinate your stay. Please be sure to fill out your RSVP accordingly, and Hadley and Sam will coordinate with Watervale.

Can I request where I stay at Watervale?

Answer

Hadley and Sam will do their best to ensure that you have a great time at Watervale and will assign your cottage/room as such.

How much does it cost to stay at Watervale?

Answer

$58 per night, per guest. Breakfast is included and will be available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in the Inn. Please note- Watervale only accepts check and cash.

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

Traverse City is the closest airport. It is an hour north of Watervale.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We are kindly asking this to be an adults only event as we have limited capacity at Watervale. If you need to bring your children, we ask that you pick alternate offsite accommodations and consider traveling with a sitter so that you can attend the weekends festivities. If you are breastfeeding, please feel free to bring the little one.

What do the cottages include?

Answer

All cottages have a kitchen/kitchenette, private bathrooms, parking, and a living space. Some of the living spaces might be shared with others- so good thing the only people at the resort will be part of our wedding!

Check-in will be at the Inn and there will be a map with cottage/room assignments.

Every cottage has parking available.

Think cozy lake clothes, deck of cards, umbrella, snacks, beer, wine, water- the essentials.

How close is the "town"?

Answer

Frankfort is the closest town. There, you will find tons of restaurants, boutiques, a grocery store, gas station, and other specialty shops. It is a 10-15 minute drive from Watervale.

Where and when is breakfast?

Answer

Breakfast is in the Inn and i s served from 8am-10am. The coffee is #bomb.

Can I stay somewhere else?

Answer

Of course! Although we highly recommend you stay at Watervale for many reasons, you are free to stay wherever is most convenient to you.

Can I bring my furry four-legged baby?

Answer

Unfortunately, Watervale does not allow dogs on the premises.
