When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 1, 2024.

Is there transportation provided for the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no transportation to the Ceremony or Reception, so please plan accordingly. The ceremony is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Steamboat. The Reception and After Party is in Downtown Steamboat, and on the Free Bus Line. Feel free to bike, walk, or bus to the After Party. There will be ample time to get from the ceremony to the reception location.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For the guests attending the ceremony, please arrive around 2pm, but no later than 2:15 pm, since the ceremony will start at 2:30!

Will the Ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly! Weather in June can be unpredictable. The After Party will be indoors.

If I’m just attending the after party, what time should I arrive?

For our After Party guests, please join us at the Library at 7:30 pm!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Ladies, this means twirly dresses, fun jumpsuits, jean jackets, and comfortable shoes! The ceremony is in a field, so high heels may be tough. Men, wear suits, button up shirts, dress pants or jeans, fun ties or Bolo ties! Feel free to dress up more if you're feeling fancy!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will be hosting a Welcome Party on Friday, 6/21/24 at Storm Peak Brewing at 7pm. Please join us for a beer and to say hello before the big day!
