FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with your invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 10, 2025.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact guest by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “will NOT attend” on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you already RSVP’ed “Attending” but find that you will not make it please notify Kaleigh as soon as possible.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

As mentioned on the registry tab, your presence is the best gift we could ask for! Again, we’d greatly appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund. If you are able, you can contribute as much or as little as you’d like.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, our venue has ample parking available.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM we recommend that you aim to arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to take your seat.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans or denim. Cocktail attire includes suits, sport coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (mini, midi, knee-length or full length). The bride suggests ‘Garden Attire’ which includes colorful, floral dresses and lighter hue suits. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in a grassy area, so ladies please take this into account when choosing your shoes!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony, please try to refrain from having your phone/camera out because we would much rather see your beautiful faces during our ceremony and in our photos rather than a phone/camera staring back at us. Our officiant will announce a specific time for everyone to snap some photos during the ceremony, but please try to wait until that opportunity. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, premium liquor, and nonalcoholic beverages are on us. Please be sure to tip your bartenders!

Question

I have additional questions who can I contact?

Answer

You can contact Kaleigh via text at 856-520-3685 with any additional questions or concerns.

Question

What type of food will we be having?

Answer

The cocktail hour will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres along with a harvest table and a cuisine station chosen specifically by the couple. The couple has chosen stations for dinner, which will consist of a steak carving station, salmon station and a pasta station with accompanying sides. You can try as little or as much as you would like!
