The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Lake Oak Meadows, starting with a Champagne Welcome at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive early, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Cocktail hour and reception to follow. Attire: Formal We'd love to see our family and fiends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suit & tie. Guests are encouraged to wear florals, cheerful colors or other fun patterns. We want you to relax and safely enjoy our Big Day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:45pm and 4:15pm for the ceremony and return service will begin at 9:00pm. Shuttle service is available for all wedding guests!
