Question

Unfortunately there will not be an open bar but you will be able visit the Bear Den Bar in the lobby of the Skycrest Restaurant and bring your drinks back up the Tanager Room. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Question

How far is the Ceremony from the Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony will be at Cameron Bluff Overlook (Cameron Bluff Recreation Area on Google Maps) and the Reception will be in the Tanager Room at Mount Magazine Lodge. They are approximately a 4 minute drive from eachother.

Question

How do we get to the Tanager Room?

Answer

Once you enter the main doors at the front of the lodge, you will walk to the hallway on the right side of the large fire place directly in front of the door. Once you get to this hallway you will see an elevator. Take the elevator to floor two and you will see signs on the right! If you chose to take the stairs instead, go down the hallway to the right of the large fire place directly in front of the doors at the lodge, go up the stairs to floor two, turn left through the double wood doors and you will see signs!

Question

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a photographer to capture our special day. However, if you wish to take photos we ask that you please don’t stand, use flash, or use sound during the ceremony. This is a quiet special time. We do ask that you refrain from posting on social media until we choose to do so. Thank you for understanding.
