Guests can start arriving anytime after between 4:30pm and 5:30pm, but the ceremony does not start until 6pm so please come enjoy the gardens until it is time for everyone to be seated for the wedding fare to begin.
This is a formal wedding so we would love for everyone to join us in getting a little fancied up with us :) we are so happy for you to join us and want everyone to be comfortable so please dress as fancy as you like.
There is a parking lot that we have full access to during the wedding but it is limited. Carpooling would be highly recommeded for those who are able. We can cordinate a few drop offs and pick ups from the Inn at Saratoga if there are any issues with parking space.
Hakone Gardens has provided us with a tent where we will have the reception. There is also an inside dance floor that people can take cover in if they wish to. We will provide cover during the ceremony if the weather seems to indicate there will be rain.
There will be space heaters in the tented area as well as on the back deck of the dance hall. You are more then welcome to bring a jacket but there should be ample heat provided if the weather ends up being on the cooler side.
There is an ADA enterance as well as ADA parking for the gardens. The area where the wedding will take place is mostly decomposed granite.
