Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a room block for guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springfield Enfield. There is a reservation link to book with our group rate under the "Travel" tab on our website.

RSVPs are due by September 25th, 2024.

Although we adore your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.

Formal Attire (think suits & ties for the gentlemen and long dresses for the ladies).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that our guests not bring a plus one unless specified in the formal wedding invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there is a section in the RSVP to note any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle buses to and from the Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Enfield.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite at The Starting Gate, but we do recommend carpooling or taking the shuttle buses from the hotel, if possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony to ensure that we start on time.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), but on an artificial turf surface. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors.
