Will & Hannah's Wedding

Wedding Party

Ashleigh Shapiro

Bridesmaid

Ashleigh and Hannah met in college when they both decided to join the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. Together during their senior year they entered their first half marathon and began training religiously for the race. During those long hours of running they formed a close bond that has only strengthened their friendship throughout the years. When Hannah moved out to California, Ashleigh drove out in the U-haul with her and has come back to California to visit every year since. Fun Fact: During the course of that drive, Ashleigh told Hannah that she just has this overwhelming feeling that San Francisco would be the place she'd meet the love of her life. Less than a year later Hannah and Will while on the street of SF.

RJ Rotman

Groomsman

Rj and Will met when Rj pledged ATO during his freshman year. The immediately bonded over the struggle of being a passionate Dodgers fan in enemy territory. They have been friends ever since and fully expect to be together at Chavez Ravine when the Dodgers win the world series. Rj's fiancee and our officiant Emily was living with Hannah when Will and Hannah first met. In fact if Emily hadn't cut a hole in Rj's pocket, causing him to loose his phone, Will and Hannah may have never hung out as much as they did they did they day they met. Fun fact: When returning home from the stadium after the game 7 loss in the 2017 World Series, Hannah was there to cheer Will and Rj up with some beer, candy and chips.

Charly Jaffe

Bridesmaid

Charly and Hannah met by being randomly matched as roommates in Shanghai, China when they both chose to spend a semester abroad in college. The roommate choice was kismit. Between studying Chinese together, hiking the Yellow Mountains, traveling all over China & Thailand, and eating everything in sight along the way they became inseparable the remainder of the program. A couple years later they both wound up in San Francisco getting the opportunity to live together once again. Fun Fact: Will built, fixed, and hung close to half the items in Charly's room when she moved in with Hannah and Sharon. She knew he was a keeper doing all that work for just a beer and a burrito as payment... and then even more she caught him belting out Halsey when he though he was home alone!

Scott Cornez

Groomsman

Scott and Will were introduced by Scott's wife, Lyndsie, in their first week of school at Berkeley. After a long but rewarding string of bee puns, Will and Scott knew they would bee friends for a long time. Scott and Will lived together sophomore year at Berkeley where they spent many a late night watching South Park and playing video games. Will was a part of Scott's wedding and they continue to stay in touch even though they live on opposite coasts. Fun fact: Both mechanical engineering students at Berkeley, they also spend many nights at Etcheverry Hall slowly losing their minds.

Sharon Yang

Bridesmaid

Sharon and Hannah met while sitting in an office lobby while both waiting to interview for the same job and realized we had a few mutual friends. Fast forward a couple weeks and we learn that we BOTH got the job and decide immediately that we must become roommates in San Francisco (eventually having Charly move in with us!). Between running, acting like foodies, or going on miserable group blind dates together they experienced all SF has to offer together. Then when Hannah decided to make the move down to LA, Sharon was only 6 months behind and now although they aren't roommate, they still only live a mile apart! Fun Fact: Sharon introduced Will & Hannah to each other then proceeded to ditch them so they could hangout alone for the rest of the day. And Hannah's happy she did!

Fred McLaugherty

Groomsman

Fred and Will were also members of the same fraternity, ATO. After college, while Fred was attending med school at UCLA, Fred and Will moved in to an apartment together in Santa Monica. Working by day, playing video games and softball by night, Fred and Will enjoyed life in southern California. Fun fact: When Fred got in to his residency program at Northwestern, Hannah moved in and turned Fred's old room into a craft room.
