We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire — no jeans and no white dresses, please. For example, gentlemen can wear dress slacks with a button-up shirt (a tie or jacket is optional), and ladies are encouraged to wear mid-length to long dresses.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, invitations are limited to the guests formally listed on your invitation.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion.

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by mid-August 2026 (about two months before the wedding). This allows us time to finalize seating and other details with our vendors before the big day. That said, if you already know whether or not you’ll be able to join us, we’d be so grateful if you could RSVP as soon as possible! Since our save the dates included a link to our wedding website, you’re able to RSVP anytime. The sooner we hear from you, the easier it is for us to plan—and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
If your plans change after you’ve submitted your RSVP, you can log back into our wedding website to update it. If the RSVP window has already closed, just reach out to us directly so we can make the adjustment.

The Ayres Hotel & Spa, where we’ve reserved our room block, does not provide a shuttle service. Uber and Lyft are the easiest ways to get around locally, but if you plan to explore or stay a few extra days, renting a car may be most convenient. There is plenty of parking at the venue! As you approach the gate, please use the right-hand lane designated for guests. When you reach the guard, simply let them know you are attending the Tanner Wedding at the Clubhouse, and they will direct you through. No parking pass is required to park during the evening or leave your car overnight.
Both! We’ll begin with an outdoor ceremony beneath a beautiful 175-year-old California oak tree on the venue’s Oak Terrace. Following the ceremony, guests will move indoors for cocktail hour and the reception. Throughout the evening, you’ll still be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, including the cigar bar on the patio and the ceremony space where lawn games will be available. Cocktail hour will follow in The Lounge, a cozy space with an open bar and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Dove Canyon. Guests can also enjoy the adjacent patio, which overlooks the canyon if they’d like to spend more time outdoors. Lastly, the reception will be indoors, where large windows let in plenty of natural light and allow everyone to continue enjoying the canyon views throughout the evening.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat. We look forward to celebrating with you and beginning the ceremony on time.
Yes! After the ceremony, join us for a 60 minute cocktail hour in The Lounge, complete with cocktails, mocktails, and a variety of hors d’oeuvres while we take photos. Once cocktail hour wraps up, the reception will begin right away—so you won’t have to wait long for dinner, dancing, and the rest of the celebration!
We’ll be serving a buffet-style meal with plenty of variety. The menu will include gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, and if you have any other dietary restrictions or food allergies, just let us know.
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Please drink responsibly :)

We kindly ask that guests keep their phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry—we’ll have a professional photographer and videographer capturing everything! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception—we can’t wait to see your candids.

For convenience, there will be an option to “Ship directly to Hannah & Bryce” so gifts can be sent straight to our home — no need to bring anything to the wedding.
