We "officially" met at our favorite health food store Organic Roots. He was picking out shampoo and body wash, while I was about to browse the same isle. We had met once before briefly at a friend's party, but never spoke and so we recognized each other. Needless to say we took our time getting to know each other and fell in love while traveling to our now all time favorite spot Zion, Utah.

Nick amazed me by inviting our closest family and friends to go on our annual camping trip to Zion, Utah. I was blown away by how many people actually said yes to going on this trip. On the second day camping, we planned on hiking Angel's Landing with those who dared to take on the challenge of this iconic mountain. When we got to the top I was oblivious of what was about to happen. While eating an orange in hand, I felt a rub on my shoulder from behind. I peeked over my shoulder just enough to catch a glimpse of my fiancé in a suit. Once I turned around I was floored by the image of him in a blue suit and down on one knee. With love in his eyes, he said he waited all his life for me and asked me to marry him. I SAID YES!!!!!!!!!!!
