Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We would love if everyone RSVP'd early so we can get a total head count for the vendors and our venue. We do understand everyone has their own plans in life and things can get hectic but we do ask that you RSVP by June 30th, 2026 at the latest. If we do not receive a response by June 30th your seat will be marked as "not attending".

What time should I show up?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. We are asking guests to please arrive around 3:30pm, this time gives everyone a chance to mingle and grab a drink before the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception will be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception area is outside as well but in a covered area. There is no prediction of rain but if it does, we got it covered!

Are children welcome?

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

When opening our website there is a tab labelled RSVP. When you enter your name it will automatically show if you have a plus one. If it is not specifically noted, please do not bring anyone who is not already on the list. We want to make sure we have enough food for everybody and not run out due to uninvited guests.

Is photography allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will be doing an unplugged ceremony, however, we would love it if people captured pictures at the reception. We will have a photographer to catch as many moments as possible but we know that they cannot be everywhere at once. We will also provide a QR code where you can upload all your photos from the night.

Will all song request be played?

Answer

We do have an approval system, so if there is a song that we have on our do not play list then those specific songs will not be played. Other than that we will try our best to play as many songs as we can with the time that we have.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, this gorgeous venue has plenty of parking available. There will also be parking attendants to assist. If accommodations are needed for anyone, please feel free to contact us, so we can make sure everyone is taken care of.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have beer, seltzers, as well as two signature drinks available. That being said, it is extremely important to us that everyone feels welcome and comfortable, so we will also have plenty of nonalcoholic options available.
