When should I RSVP by?
Answer
In order to provide accurate information to all vendors in a timely manner, please RSVP by 08/01/2024. If after the deadline passes and you cannot attend, please contact us - therefore we can adjust accordingly with the vendors.

Can I bring a date?

We would like our special day to be enjoyed with only those listed on the invitations.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
With the exception of Alex’s brother and Jess’ niece and nephew, our wedding has been planned as a child-free event.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. We have decided to request semi-formal attire. Please no denim.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We are asking that you please arrive on time. We do not want any interruptions or delays in the ceremony, so we can get the party started. Our recommendation is arriving at 2:15pm, for adequate time to park and find your seats.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes. There is parking on site, behind the barn, at the venue.

Is the event outside or inside?
Answer
Yes - both. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside. The reception will be inside the barn.

Is the venue ADA accessible?
Answer
There will be staff with a golf cart to assist those who may need help walking from the outdoor areas to inside the barn, vice versa.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please indicate on your RSVP what the allergy is. We will make accommodations with the caterer and reach out to you, if there’s any questions.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No - There will be wine, beer, and a signature cocktail, served by bartenders. However, feel free to bring cash to tips the bartenders, as they’ll be working hard.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
Yes - Tobacco products only. There is a designated smoking section, outside.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We do have a hotel blocked out. If that gets full, there is another down the road.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a small shuttle bus, that runs twice, that will escort people to and from the hotel. 22 people in total may get a ride from this service. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 1:45pm and 2:15pm.
