How will I get to Sayulita from Puerto Vallarta?

Answer

We are trying to coordinate when large groups of people are arriving and departing for shuttles to/from the airport. Likely to be a pick-up in the afternoon on Thursday & Friday and a drop-off Monday morning. Is Mexico safe?

Answer

YES! Comparatively, The United States has a violent crime rate that is 4X higher than Mexico (see the Prominix report: http://howsafeismexico.com/global_crime_rates.html). We would never bring you to a place that would risk your personal safety. However, as with any sort of travel (even within the US) make smart choices, be respectful and do not do anything you are not comfortable doing at home. This includes with food and water safety. To keep us grounded, let us remember Flint, MI STILL does not have clean water.

Why Mexico? Why Sayulita?

Mexico is a very special place for Patrick and I. Especially Sayulita. We wanted to go back and "make it official" in a place that meant so much to the both of us. We hope you find Mexico, and specifically, Sayulita as magical of a place as we have :)
