While there is no official theme, our wedding is at a castle, and we have really embraced a whimsical and fantasy style for decorations.
No.
We will be serving barbecue, including coleslaw, cornbread and butter, slow-roasted chicken, apple wood smoked bbq pulled pork, five cheese baked macaroni, roasted carrots with honey and thyme, and potato salad.
If you're looking to go with the color scheme then earth tones would be great, colors like browns, oranges, reds and blues would look great, as well as metallics. If you are looking to stand out and have a pop of color, purples, pinks, and yellows would be fun! We politely ask no jeans, worn shoes or light white or off-white colors for dresses.
Due to our separate living situations, we have accumulated plenty of household goods and appliances, and politely ask that guests add to our honeymoon fund if they wish to provide a gift. This can be done through the website on the registry tab, with cash in a card at the wedding, or through a money transfer app such as Venmo or Zelle. The identification for these apps will be listed below: Venmo @lapinegwen Cashapp $gwenlapine04 Last four of the phone number 7527 Email that can be used for Zelle lapinegwen04@gmail.com
Plus-ones are allowed and welcome to bring to both the ceremony and the reception. We ask that, when you RSVP, you indicate whether you are bringing a plus-one.
