Shuttle Service
4:30 pm
Shuttles are provided for the main hotel and the wedding venue one hour prior to the ceremony. Please plan on meeting in the hotel lobby at 4:15 pm. The shuttles will depart at 4:30 pm sharp.

This event is formal daytime. Be mindful of shoe choice due to soft grass all around the venue.
Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Enjoy some cocktails during sunset with festive Mariachi music
Reception
7:30 pm
Authentic Mexican cuisine, live music, and lots of dancing
Shuttle Service
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
A shuttle will be running every hour from the reception back to the main hotel for those who forget their dancing shoes. The final shuttle will depart at 1:00 am.
