FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Because we’ll be surrounded by our closest friends and family, we’re planning to take a few large group photos — and we’d love for everyone to look cohesive together! I’ll be sending out a color inspiration page soon to help guide outfit choices. Think formal garden party. For the ladies: please try to wear solid-color dresses, ideally long or midi-length in jewel tones or soft pastels. For the gentlemen: please wear a suit, and try to avoid tan or khaki tones.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will be BYOB — we won’t be supplying alcohol, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy throughout the evening. We’ll have coolers and ice available to keep things chilled, and a cozy, relaxed atmosphere where everyone can celebrate together.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Please note that our celebration will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What about gifts?

Answer

We aren’t doing a formal registry — your presence is honestly the best gift you could give us! That said, if you’d like to give something, cash or Venmo are much appreciated, but we completely understand (and love!) that some people prefer giving a wrapped gift. Whatever feels most “you,” we’ll be touched either way.

Question

What’s for dinner?

Answer

We’ll be serving a family-style dinner with plenty of sides to share.

Question

Rain or shine?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful scenery we fell in love with. We’ll have a large tent available in case the weather decides to surprise us, so we’ll be celebrating rain or shine!

Question

Parking

Answer

There will be parking available on the premises for all guests. If you’re staying nearby, we encourage carpooling to make parking simple and stress-free. Signs will be posted to help you find your way once you arrive!

Question

Can I take photos and videos

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll have a photographer capturing the ceremony, but we also want everyone to feel free to take photos and videos throughout the evening. We just ask that you please be mindful of our photographer during key moments so they can do their thing without any blocked shots or distractions. After the wedding, we’ll be creating a shared folder and would love for you to add your pictures and clips — we can’t wait to see the day through everyone’s eyes!
