FAQs

If you have any additional questions that are not answered here, please email haydeliafam@gmail.com.
Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm on Saturday, September 25th. We kindly ask guests arrive 15-20 minutes prior.

Question

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by September 6 using the RSVP card that came in the mail.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Of course they are! We love your children, and we can't imagine our special day without them.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Be casual, be comfy. The wedding and reception are both in our backyard -- we suggest you wear comfy shoes that you can walk in grass with!

Question

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking will be available for free on property. There will be signs and indicators instructing you where to park. Please do not park across the street at the Salem Community Park, as the park closely promptly at sunset and your car may be ticketed/towed.

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We are excited to be having our wedding catered by the Iron & Grain Co. out of Hartford, CT. We settled on them because of their fantastic customer service, delicious food, and ability to customize and work within dietary restraints (including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options). You can check out their website for more information: http://www.irongrainco.com/

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry with Target at: tgt.gifts/gwenandzach2021

Question

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

You bet we do! #SealedTheDelia (Gwen is quite proud of coming up with this one)

Question

COVID-19 -- any special adjustments?

Answer

Our wedding is taking place on the property where we live and will be 100% outdoors. With that in mind, we would like all of our guests to feel comfortable. We are leaving your COVID-19 safety precautions largely up to you, but we will be taking the following steps: - Working to ensure that there is adequate air flow for all parts of the ceremony and reception - Working to ensure there are multiple hand washing/sanitizing stations available - Working with our vendors to ensure protocols are being followed based on state and federal guidelines

Question

I have additional questions. Who should I contact?

Answer

Please email haydeliafam@gmail.com with any additional questions or concerns.
